“Simon recently completed rewiring as part of a total refurbishment. At the initial consultation stage, he was very helpful in providing advice on exactly what the job involved. He outlined the various options open to us and was then prompt in providing us with a written estimate, separating out various alternative costs.


“Simon kept in contact with us so that, when we were ready, he was able to schedule the work at relatively short notice. The work was carried out without any hiccups, with Simon being on site reliably each day. The appropriate Building Regulations Approval was promptly submitted, and a certificate duly arrived.
